In 2014 the space was completely renovated through an architectural project that preserved the industrial character of the premises, choosing a total white theme to ensure brightness and maximum flexibility for event organisers.
The large glass ceiling in the rear area allows natural light to spread uniformly throughout the interior, making it ideal for photo shoots and video productions where lighting quality is paramount.
558sqm of modular space
The total indoor area of 558 square metres, plus a 140sqm outdoor courtyard, can be configured in three different ways thanks to two movable walls:
- Single layout: 558sqm completely open plan
- Two spaces: 308sqm + 250sqm, ideal for parallel events
- Three independent spaces: 250sqm + 248sqm + 80sqm, perfect for events with distinct thematic areas
